Price per apartment includes electricity, water and gas bills.
We do not accept pets.
Bookings and payment
Upon arrival:
Keys are handed over upon check-in between 4 pm and 6 pm. Our guests are kindly asked to respect these hours in order to avoid delays and inconveniencies.
IDs will be checked and the details of each guest will be filed. The number of guests per apartment must not exceed the number of available beds. Persons whose details have not been filed are not allowed to be accommodated. All payments, including extras and deposit, must be cleared upon check-in.
A deposit of € 150,00 is required to cover any damage that may be caused/occur during your stay. Any damage to the apartment will be billed to the customer.
Tourist Tax
In July and August, the Tourist Tax amounts to € 0,70 per person per each overnight, to maximum of 6 consecutive overnight stay.
EXEPTIONS:
– minors until they reach 14years of age
– non self-sufficent people with disabilities and their helper
– infirm or non self-sufficent minors of 18 years old, both parents are exempt
– bus drivers, tour guides that lead organized groups (1 ever 25)
Upon departure:
Check-out is between 8 am and 10 am. Guests must return the keys before 10 am on the departure day.
Apartments must be left clean and in the same condition as they were found. Guests departing prior to 8 am will not be able to collect the deposit but we will ensure it is refunded immediately after having checked the apartment.
Booking confirmation:
Booking confirmation requires a down-payment covering 30% of the entire price, which must be completed within 10 days after reservation. If any delay occurs, please let us know by email or fax. In the absence of prior notice, the apartment will be considered free after 24h from the scheduled arrival date. No discount my be claimed in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
Cancelling or changing your booking:
For stays UNTIL JUNE 14th AND FROM SEPTEMBER 11th
If canceled or modified up to 4 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
Beyond this limit, cancellations, late changes or no-shows will result in a charge of 30% of the stay.
For stays FROM JUNE 15th TO SEPTEMBER 10th
If canceled or modified up to 42 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
Beyond this limit of 42 days from the date of arrival, cancellations, late changes or no-shows will result in a charge of 30% of the stay.
If Marche Region and/or the region of origin of the guest, at any time, should impose confinement measures (lockdown) such as not to allow the stay, the entire deposit will be returned.
