Reception opens on Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm. Any other day it opens upon request.
Bike rental is available. There is a private covered parking space 400 m from the Residence.
Enjoy discounted rates at the serviced beach “ Il Porticciolo” chalet, right opposite the Residence. Here you’ll also find a pleasant café – restaurant for your moments of relaxation.
And at our own serviced beach Il Porticciolo, besides soft sand and clear water, there’s a convenient café-restaurant offering many appetizing options to top off your day at the beach.

Deluxe Stay
If you want the best out of your holiday.
Basic apartment equipment and following additional optionals.
Price includes:
- Wi-fi in the apartment
- Panoramic swimming pool at Residence I Delfini (400 meters)
- Car parking garage (No GPL and methane), based on avaiability (with a discount), 400 meters
- Air conditioning
- Beach Service: umbrella with two beds (intermediate row at Chalet Il Porticciolo)
- Linen for the home: sheets, towels, tablecloth and tea towel (changed weekly)
- Welcom Kit Food: we will take care of your first shopping! (food and household goods)
- Courtesy Kit Plus: courtesy set for the bathroom
- Hotel Service: when you are not in the apartment we clean (2 weekly cleanings)
Comfort Stay
If you want a more comfortable stay.
