Ecology
Our business is committed to the operational standards that guide our processes to achieve specific environmental, social, and governance (E.S.G.) outcomes.
We care deeply about the environment: we ensure proper waste water disposal, implement separate waste collection—including the use of ecological stations—and use flow reducers and timed faucets to save water. As much as possible, we rely on electricity from renewable sources and actively seek out eco-sustainable materials and equipment.
We operate three photovoltaic systems connected to the power grid, each with energy storage units. This allows us to produce renewable energy directly and significantly reduce our CO₂ emissions.
In our garage, we provide infrastructure for charging electric vehicles, supporting the transition to less polluting mobility. We also offer a secure charging station for electric bicycles.
Our buildings and guest accommodations are equipped with thermal system automation to reduce energy consumption and monitor energy savings.
Our operations are highly digitalized. The buildings where we host guests are equipped with smart systems, including Wi-Fi, automated check-ins, and digital platforms for communication between staff, suppliers, and guests. This fosters stronger social connections among people and with the local area.
Our business management follows best practices and ethical principles, with particular attention to workers’ rights, their training and involvement, and the transparency of business decisions. We continuously strive to enhance environmental sustainability and drive digital transformation. Our Common Good Balance Sheet complements—not replaces—our traditional financial reporting.
